06/26 I’m going to say it, here and now: every AI company wants to be the first to create a self-aware, non-human being. There. I said it.

ALMOST MAGNIFICENT is my upcoming 60,000-word speculative science fiction novel. It explores the concept of non-human consciousness through the eyes of a pleasure biologic stranded on a 300,000-ton chunk of Earth’s crust. She has a dizzying command of physics, the last viable uterus post-apocalypse, and the autonomy to decide what—or who—comes next.
